Taluc v. C.H. Robinson

On April 1, 2004, DeAn Henry was driving a 40-ton semi-tractor trailer loaded with potatoes when she lost control of the vehicle in slow moving traffic on northbound Interstate 55 near Plainfield, IL, rear-ending several cars and setting off a multi-vehicle chain reaction that resulted in 2 deaths, one serious injury, multiple other injuries, and property damage. Our clients William and Skye Taluc’s vehicle was the first car struck and was partially overridden by the semi.
